1. Introduction

War Inc Rising Tools ("the site", "we", "us") is a free fan-made website that provides tier list and calculator tools for the mobile game War Inc: Rising. This Privacy Policy explains what limited data the site collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

2. What We Collect

• Anonymous analytics via Google Analytics 4 — page views, browser type, device type, and approximate country. Google anonymizes IP addresses by default; we do not retain raw IPs.
• localStorage on your device — your saved tier lists, theme preference (dark/light), and cookie consent choice. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
• What we do NOT collect — no name, email, payment information, or account data. The site has no user accounts.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — set only after you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner. If you reject, GA either fires cookieless modeling pings or does not run at all.
• Advertising cookies (Google AdSense, planned) — will be set only after consent. As of the "Last updated" date above, AdSense is not yet active on the site.
• Strictly-necessary localStorage — used to remember your tier lists, theme, and your cookie choice itself. This is not a cookie and does not require consent under GDPR.

4. Third-Party Services

• Ko-fi (the "Support" button) — opens an external page subject to Ko-fi's policy.
• Google Forms (the "Feedback" button) — opens an external page subject to Google's policy.

5. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Others)

• Refuse cookies — click "Reject all" in the banner, or use your browser's settings to block cookies.
• "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" (CCPA) — we do not sell personal information. Clicking "Reject all" prevents all non-essential data collection.
• Clear all stored data — use your browser's "clear site data" function to remove localStorage and any cookies set.
• Access, rectify, or delete personal data — since we do not collect personal identifiers, there is generally nothing to rectify or delete on our side. For specific requests, contact us via the Feedback form.
